While I may not be able to fix every issue, I’ll always give my best effort — and if I can’t fix your device, you won’t be charged. Your trust and satisfaction are my top priorities.

How it works

I can often diagnose and fix computer or phone problems remotely using secure software like TeamViewer. With your permission, I’ll connect to your device, identify the issue, and solve it if possible — saving you time and a house visit. If the problem requires an in-person visit, I’ll be fully prepared when I arrive.
